She Should Run motivates women from any party to explore the possibility of public office by tackling the barriers to elected leadership. They offer online courses and in-person incubators designed to help women from all backgrounds and across the political spectrum envision themselves in public leadership. In support of this effort, this creative campaign focuses on reaching audiences in emotional and tangible ways.

Victor Borge once wrote, “Laughter is the closest distance between two people.” This creative concept included a card game based on the irreverent humor of “Cards Against Humanity.” Intended to be a meeting icebreaker, the game addresses many issues and challenges women often experience running for office. While laughter encourages bonding, it can also mitigate fears and overcome objections.

Their website's “Ask A Woman To Run” section was due for a much-needed facelift. On this redesigned page, anyone can nominate a woman to consider running for office. The Mad Lib style form is a customizable, fun, and expressive invitation designed to delight the user as much as the recipient. The customized form was exported via email to the nominee.

The emotive nature of this work brought She Should Run closer to achieving the ambitious goal of seeing 250,000 women run for local, state, and federal offices by 2030.
