Just before the Giving Day videos were scheduled, Chicago experienced a surge in COVID-19 cases, and Loyola’s campus was closed to outside visitors. We pulled off the shoot thanks to careful planning, partnership, and collaboration with Loyola’s creative team. The video series showcases student scholarship recipients telling their stories in their own words. Their authenticity, gratitude, and genuineness resonated with Loyola’s alumni and made a compelling case for supporting the university’s Jesuit commitment to cura personalis — care of the entire person.
